It is a light pink hat, covered in silk roses and small flowers. There are two tags on the inside, one says " Christine Original, Park Ave, New York" and the other " Union Made T 437311". It was owned by Mary Ruth Johnson McShane of Monett, Mo. The hat box is cream with a gold band with "Garlands" printed on the top.

A portrait of a young woman wearing ruffled lace jabot with double circles pin. She is also wearing a watch. The print has a fancy border and is affixed to a scalloped edge cabinet card.

It is a cream straw hat with a cream bow in the front. Interior tag on band says " Union Made GL 247511 in USA. It was owned by Mary Ruth McShane of Monett, Mo. The hat box is light green with purple stripes. Printed on the top is " Gage Hats , New York and Chicago" with the illustration of a lamppost and lion statue.

Flyer with assorted reprints of newspaper reviews of the Weaver Bros. & Elviry show, which took place at the R-K-O Palance, New York NY, in January, 1931.

It is brown, green, cream and tan striped hat with a plastic orange button in the front. It is lined with green lace on the inside and the tag reads "Sandra New York". It was owned by Mary Ruth McShane of Monett, Mo.The hatbox is brown and square with "Macy's Kansas City, Joplin, Mission 22" printed on the top.

Man's black top hat in box. The hat is size 6 3/4 from about 1940. On the inside of the hat it reads, "Extra quality--Knox, New York--Dalton Hat Co., Indianapolis. The box is large with a molded area for the hat. The lining is red. There is a lock on the box and at the bottom it reads, "Pat. July 27 97". There is a five-pointed star stitched into the inside of the box lid.

A hand-written letter and envelope from Cousin John Gatins to Mrs. J. Rochford. He writes from Ireland bout the hardships that his family in New York is experiencing due to the Great Depression. He says: "I believe their (sp) is very bad times in that country at present."

8 1/2 " x 11" type-written paper, titled "Route Sheet of Weaver Bros & Elviry & Home Folks." Schedule displays their itinerary from St. Louis through Ohio, Illinois, New York, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Canada, Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Nebraska, and back to Missouri.

Photocopy of 20 pages of hand-written information titled "Vaudeville Remembered (For M.C. From L.J.) and dated Jan., 1986. Also in folder is original issue of "Old Time Country" newsletter, Volume V. No. IV, Winter, 1988, which has extensive stories on Weaver Brothers and Elviry. Also included is flyer with reprints of their newspaper reviews from New York.

Information below says: From a portrait recently painted from life. Johnson, Fry an Co. Pub., New York. Entered according to act of Congress, AD. 1858, by Johnson, Fry and Co. in clerk's office of the district of the Southern district of N.Y.

A copy (probably) of the newspaper Ulster County Gazette, Saturday, Jan 4,1800, Vol II, Num. 88, published at Kingston, NY, Ulster County. Includes an address to the Congress by President John Adams and an obituary for George Washington.

It was owned by Mary Ruth McShane of Monett, Mo. The hat box is light green with purple stripes. Printed on the top is " Gage Hats , New York and Chicago" with the illustration of a lamppost and lion statue.

Light pink straw hat with tulle band and velvet rose on front. It has an interior band with a rose pattern. Two tags are on the inside, one with 'Marche exclusive', and the other 'union made 20751 USA 22 1/2". The hat box is pink with "Fifth Avenue, T Howard Hodge New York" printed on the top.It was owned by Mary Ruth McShane of Monett, Mo, bought most likely as an Easter hat.

A black Remington Paragon typewriter used by L.H. Ellison, a freight agent at the Missouri Pacific Railroad in Springfield, MO. Marked with "Remington, (seal), 16, 16, Remington Paragon, Made at Ilion, New York, U.S.A."

Black lace and flower hat designed to cover only the back half of the head. Velvet covered wire provided the shape of the hat and it is covered by black silk flowers, lace, and a black velvet ribbon.It was owned by Mary Ruth McShane of Monett, Mo. The hat box is light green with purple stripes. Printed on the top is " Gage Hats , New York and Chicago" with the illustration of a lamppost and lion statue.
