Book titled " Reminiscences of the Life and Travels of Mr.s Julia A.H. Colby", who was a life long teacher in Springfield and southwest Missouri. After her retirement in 1915 she opened a private academy for girls and was active in women's suffrage, the W.C.T.U., the Humane Society and Welfare Society. The book also contains tributes from friends and colleagues.
