Conductor James Robertson is standing at the podium near the center. The donor, Martha Delange Scharpf, played in the Springfield Symphony for many years.

On the right side there is Sigl-r Drug Co., next is a barber college, next is a bakery and Carpenter Headquarters, ( both in the same building) and last is the Lines Music Co. Boonville St. is brick paved with parallel parking on both sides. Double street car tracks. On the right side of the street is a motor driven piece of Springfield Gas and Electric Co. equipment. 6.5 X 4.5 inches.
