Black and white photo of a man with large moustache wearing campaign hat which appears to be half light and half dark felt. His starched collar is curled on one side. His unusual jacket is light-colored with dark lapels, 2 pins on the left one. Epaulets have fringed strips on the breast. It looks like a " wild west" costume or maybe Mexican. Written in pencil on the back is Doc Carver.
