A picture postcard entitled, "Headquarters of General Price, Battle of Wilson's Creek". The photo is of an octagonal log structure in disrepair and encrusted with vines. It is doubtful if this is in fact the headquarters of General Price or that the structure was a part of the battlefield.

Newspaper clippings and article about Myrl Billings who died in 1920 at age 23 from his World War I battlefield injuries. He helped found the Norval Stafford American Legion Post 125.

B & w photo of a cairn of stones on the Wilson's Creek Battlefield placed there by Wilson's Creek veterans to mark the spot where Gen. Nathaniel Lyon was killed.

Two minie balls or bullets, grapeshot found at Phelps Grove Park. The park is on the site of the farm owned by John S. & Mary W. Phelps and was an active site during the Civil War.The area is Grand to Battlefield, Glenstone to Campbell, 1500 acres.

2002-879
Black and white print of Half a Hill Club (tavern/dance club). Print reads: Along the "White River Trail", 5 1/2 miles S.E. of Springfield, now the corner of Lone Pine and Battlefield St. The print shows twelve fashionably dressed people outside of the tavern, and six automobiles. The tavern is wood with stone supports.
