Watson 1885 " This would indicate the builder of this building. At the rear of the building is a sign that reads " Ice Cream and Candy " On the pole in front of the building is an electric street light. Also on the pole is a sign that reads " Campbell " There is a boy sitting on a safety bicycle near the stone curbing. He is wearing " Knickers " There are thirteen people in the picture.
