Description/History:There are 3 sheets, typed; a letter from City Utilities of Springfield to E C Rice, Chairman, Board of Public Utilities, Springfield, MO, dated August 3, 1951. Handwritten on the first sheet "Johnny: Here's a report from Doss. I will have the board pass on it officially as soon as possible. Ed." The subject of the letter is bus stops in the Public Square. Paper, 8 1/2"x11".
