Description/History:Two postcards of Calvary Presbyterian Church, NW, corner of St. Louis St. and short Benton Ave. Springfield, Mo. One card is unused, the other was mailed to Miss. Alice Archer, Mountain Grove, Mo., postmarked Dec. 26, 1906, one cent stamp. Photo. Is printed vertically so that the tall spire shows well. The church building sits on a slight rise wlhich drops down at the rear of the building. The building is brick withl a rough limestone foundation and cut stone trim. Elictric lines enter from a pole in front. 3.5 X 5.5 inches. Black ink on offwhite card stock. Current site of Mercantile Bank.
