Description/History:Sepia tone photo of Leonidas Adolphus Cadwallader Campbell, enhanced to look like a drawing or painting. L. A. Campbell, called Lonnie by his family, was the second son of John Polk and Louisa Cheairs Campbell and was named after kinsman Bishop L. A. Polk, the first Episcopal Bishop in Louisiana. L. A. Campbell was a Colonel during the Civil War and died at age 47.
