Description/History:Twenty-three (23) pages of handwritten script bound with brass (?) clips with a cover and back page. Cover reads: "Spcifications for a frame Dwelling to be erected at Springfield Mo for J.F.G. Bentley, esq. Theo A. Richter, Jr. Architect Cincinnati, Ohio. The Proprietor resers the right to reject any or all bids." The document contains specifications for the building of a dwelling on Walnut Street. Some construction drawing appear in margins of document.
