Description/History:A black and white copy of Bourquenot's Confectionery on the 200 block of South Street. The middle figure was identified as "Irby". The photo was mounted on board (located in the mounted collection, Print 242) with lables from the Springfield Art Museum, 1963.9 63b, and renumbered 1978-97.69 by the Museum of the Ozarks. The niece of Eugene Bourquenot, Mrs Jean F Atwill, recognized the photo when the copy was used in an exhibit, and noted that her uncle was from France and had owned this confectionery (it was not an ice cream parlor as labeled). A copy was made from the mounted collection to be place in the business collection.
